Teach with EasyBali.surf
We're always looking for exceptional surf, kitesurf, wing foil and SUP instructors to join our roster in Bali. We take our choice of partners seriously — every applicant is vetted through a resume review and reference checks before we bring them on board.
Just as we work to make riders' time in the water effortless, our mission with instructors is the same in reverse: we handle the bookings, logistics and admin so you can focus on what you do best — coaching — and we offer our partners some of the best working terms on the island.
What we require
- ✓ Professional certification from a recognized body for your discipline (ISA, IKO, IWSA/WASI, ICF or equivalent), plus current first aid / CPR credentials.
- ✓ A valid Indonesian work permit (Work KITAS / E23, sponsored) or genuine eligibility to obtain one — teaching in Bali on a tourist or business visa is illegal and we cannot make exceptions. Requirements shift from time to time, so we always confirm current rules together before onboarding.
- ✓ Fluent English — non-negotiable, our clients are almost entirely international.
- + Big plus: Mandarin, German, French or Korean — these cover a growing share of our bookings and stand out on your application.
